Flexshell composite combines high-strength, molecularly-oriented thermoplastic fibers with eco-friendly polymers to make a highly impact-resistant luggage shell that resists cracking or permanently deforming even under extreme handling.

Flexshell is created in an environmentally clean thermoplastic process that involves no solvents, VOCs (volatile organic compounds), plasticizers, PFAS or halogenated compounds, and is fully recyclable in common polymer recycling processes.
Unlike polycarbonate plastic, Flexshell production involves no BPA-based raw material and is fully BPA-free.
